We're two marketing agency owners with a combined 15 years of experience helping businesses grow online. Nicole's based in the U.S. with three energetic kids and a love for bold, bright color palettes. Sarah's in Canada, happiest when she's traveling and leaning into her sleek black-and-white aesthetic. Together, we're a little yin, a little yang - but we share a big passion for helping small businesses feel confident, supported, and ready to grow.
Our Story
After years of working with clients across countless industries, we noticed a gap: so many small businesses were in growth mode but didn't have the budget for full-scale agency management.
They needed more than DIY marketing tips - they needed real strategies, expert support, and a community that had their back.
That's why we created The Monday Club. It's an affordable, feel-good (just like the 70's - hence our branding) monthly membership packed with marketing guidance, resources, and inspiration.
